CarbonFoam PVC80 lightweight, closed cell, polymer foam that is non-friable, contains no CFC’s, provides excellent resistance to chemicals, and has negligible water absorption.
PVC80 combines excellent stiffness/strength to weight ratio with superior toughness. The fine cell structure offers a great bonding surface and is compatible with most resins and manufacturing processes.
CarbonFoam PVC80 is ideally suited as a lightweight core material for a variety of sandwich structures. It is closed-cell polymer foam that has very low moisture absorption and has great physical properties when compared to other foams with similar density.

Sheet size is 40" x 85.5" and is available in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" or 1".
