The Skin Illustrator Brow Palette is a small five color alcohol based makeup palette perfect for filling in eyebrows or creating and reshaping eyebrow lines. Creating a durable, water and abrasion resistant brow for all day wear. The colors can easily be applied with a brush, sponge or mascara wand.  Use it alone, or mix the colors with any of the other Skin Illustrator tones to create your own unique blend of color.

All Skin Illustrator palettes must be activated with Skin Illustrator Activator or 99% alcohol. Do not use 70% alcohol, MEK, acetone, water or any other solvent.
