The Hair Illustrator Frandy Li Palette is a collection of ten colors created for professional Hair Stylists Lisa Tomblin, Francesca Crowder and Andrew Simonsin.

The palette contains Dark Brown and Light Brown from the Hair Illustrator Scalp Palette and Rotten Stone from the Grudge Palette.  It also features seven new colors:  Black 2 Soft Black, Brown Soot, Flat Blond, Flat Light Grey, Pink Remover and Flat Mixer.  Use it alone or mix the colors with any of the other Skin Illustrator or Hair Illustrator tone to create your own unique blend of hair color.  Also Available in a On Set Size.
