The Hair Illustrator Frandy Li Palette is a collection of ten colors created for professional Hair Stylists Lisa Tomblin, Francesca Crowder and Andrew Simonsin.
The palette contains Dark Brown and Light Brown from the Hair Illustrator Scalp Palette and Rotten Stone from the Grudge Palette. It also features seven new colors: Black 2 Soft Black, Brown Soot, Flat Blond, Flat Light Grey, Pink Remover and Flat Mixer.
