ProSeal Matte seals makeup and provides an instant matte finish. ProSeal Matte effectively seals a wide variety of makeups including, but not limited to, alcohol-based airbrush makeup, silicone makeup, alcohol-based palettes, water-based “cake” makeup, and water-based airbrush makeup. ProSeal Matte comes in a fine-mist spray bottle and can also be applied with an airbrush.
