WHAT IT IS:

Dynamic, highly pigmented, waterproof liquid color suspended in a cushion. Formulated for longevity, this product is also water and smudgeproof once dry. Ideal for face and body.

WHAT IT DOES:

The cushion dispenses the perfect amount of liquid color to create graphic technicolor eyeliner or eyeshadow.

HOW TO USE IT:

Use an angled brush to create graphic lines and shapes.

Use a small fluffy brush to apply the product in a diffused fashion.
