HOW TO USE IT
Apply using a brush or fingers For a cleaner application and stronger hold, wet brush with MIST ; FIX SETTING SPRAY prior to dipping into STAR LIT DIAMOND POWDER.
For water-proof application, wet brush with AQUA SEAL WATERPROOF LIQUID CONVERTER prior to dipping into STAR LIT DIAMOND POWDER 
PRO TIP: Mix with STEP 1 SKIN EQUALIZER or WATERBLEND FOUNDATION to create a customized, sparkling, skin-finish.
