Unidirectional Carbon Fiber is a type of composite reinforcement with all the carbon fibers aligned in the same direction. Unidirectional reinforcement makes it possible to create incredibly strong, lightweight components by precisely orienting the carbon fiber to provide maximum strength in the direction where it is needed most. In order to maintain their form and integrity, unidirectional reinforcements do all include some type of support in the form of a binder, internal net or cross stitching. 

The Unidirectional Carbon Fiber is suitable for use with a wide range of resin systems and laminating processes including hand laminating, vacuum bagging and resin infusion.
