Our EVA Foam HARD is built for strength, precision, and clean edges—ideal for prop makers and armor builds that demand durability and sharp, angular details. Despite its toughness, it remains impressively lightweight compared to other high-density foams.

Features:

  • Extremely durable and rigid

  • Excellent for weapons, armor and hard-surface designs

  • Holds sharp lines and precise cuts

  • Lightweight—about half the weight of similar-density foams

  • High density (200 kg/m³) with Shore hardness of 55-60

Note: Not suitable for outdoor use unless sealed with a primer or protective coating.
